Our clients purchase homes through various means to include cash, financing, IRA, and 1031 Exchange investments.

Our typical client is acquiring suburban single family investment homes that are at minimum 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 car garage, and typically are either new construction or built in the last 15 years.

Our markets are Central Florida (Greater Orlando) and West Tennessee (Greater Memphis).

We target no-income tax states in the east coast sunbelt. We believe the long term trends are people moving to the sunbelt from up north with a focus on lower tax burdens. We started our parent company Investor Nation in 2009 in Memphis, TN and expanded to the state of Florida with the introduction of Oak Avenue in 2012. Our goal is to position our clients into assets in the path of growth in these markets.
