Our Story
Working together on investment property deals together since 2005, Stephen Green and Ryan Hinricher launched a business focused on client acquisition needs. Focusing on single family investment homes was a niche market at the time but they saw the potential for this emerging asset class.
2005
Founders Stephen Green and Ryan Hinricher meet working in the real estate industry sourcing assets for clients.
2009
The parent company, Investor Nation is formed in Memphis, TN. The company acquires distressed assets and value adds to them, creating a turnkey investment home product.
2011
The company opens Orlando, FL location and adds institutional services, helping Wall Street firms acquire hundreds of foreclosures
2012
Oak Avenue Real Estate, a realty brokerage, specializing in assisting investor build their portfolios is formed.
2017
The company opens an office in Nashville, TN
2018
The company launches build-to-rent investment product in West Tennessee
2020
The company launches build-to-rent investment product in Central FL
2021
Oak Avenue Real Estate sells over 450 homes
2022
The company reaches over 100,000 SF of portfolio commercial real estate space

Oak Avenue Development builds 200th total new construction, with 80 completed in the year
