Riggy’s is a nationwide provider of truck parking, trailer drops, and outdoor storage solutionss for the logisitics industry. The Riggy’s team tapped us to help them with site selection in Memphis area. We helped them find the perfect site and partnered with Dryport Capital, their backers to develop the Riggy’s Memphis site. As of Q4 2023, work is underway and we expect to be ready for occupancy by the end of Q2 2024.
