Located in the Orlando suburb of Eustis, FL, the company acquired the property 90% vacant. The property was located in the urban, walkable core of Downtown Eustis. The company saw the potential with the location within Eustis and further of Eustis within the Orlando metro area. The expressway authority was in process of constructing an extension to the 429 highway, along with a spur into Lake County that would drastically reduce commute times from Eustis and open the area up to development.

Historically, the property was the original Eustis Post Office. It later became a medical office building with an internal hallway with the units internalized. The company saw the opportunity to create retail spaces where the street grade permitted. This allowed the building to have 3 units with new storefronts, activating the Eustis Street. In addition, major stucco repairs, interior build outs, HVAC, and roof enhancements were made.
